HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

This Policy is prepared in accordance with section 2(3) the Health and Safety at work etc. Act 1974, with the intention of promoting a safe working environment that will, so far as is reasonably practicable, ensure the safety and health of all employees and to enable the company to comply with legislation.

It is Earthworks UK Ltd policy that its operations are conducted in such a way as to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all its employees. The company also ensures that any of its activities will not adversely affect the health and safety of others, including the general public, children, contractors, subcontractors, etc.

The company requires high standards of safety, health and welfare to be achieved and constantly maintained at all of its sites. There is also a strong commitment to the protection of the environment and to minimise waste.

Earthworks UK Ltd ensure that all relevant health and safety training is undertaken and that all the necessary information required to do a job safely is forwarded to the appropriate parties. The Company Directors also ensure sufficient resources are available to meet all health and safety requirements.
